Improved Scope Usability

Scopes are a powerful component in the Seemplicity solution and we've added some enhancements this month that enable you to add granular details for each one. Let us know your feedback. The newest improvements include:

  • Search for multiple tag values
  • Search for multiple resource names
  • Search for IP Addresses

ServiceNow Incident Ticket Type

Now you can gain more context and manage your ServiceNow Incident tickets on the Seemplicity platform. You can view the full raw finding information as JSON. We'll be adding further capabilities as we move forward in 2024.

Set Specific Scope per Widget

Building on the progress from last month to facilitate operationally focused Dashboards, you can now set a specific scope per widget that is different than the Dashboard's selected scope. You can do this when you create a new widget or when you edit an existing one in your Dashboard. From the top-right corner, select the elipsis (...) and then Override Scope.

Reorder Columns in Exported Findings CSV

When you export your Findings data as part of your Vulnerability Management program, it's helpful to choose exactly which column data you want to work with to start the Remediation process. Now you can do this as part of the CSV download. From Findings, select the elipsis (...) to open the CSV Download dialog. From there, you can deselect/select the columns' data and rearrange their display order in the exported file.
